Use nslookup to find all records of a DNS zone

I recently had to write a script to find all of the DNS records of a particular domain. Here is what I had to do it make it work.

  1. Open the command prompt in windows
  2. Type nslookup -type=ALL example.nld DNS-SERVER

Trade out example.nld with the domain you’re trying to lookup. Swap out DNS-SERVER for the DNS server IP you want to test this against.
